The MLBB Women’s Invitational returns to the Esports World Cup with history on the line. For the first time, the tournament will crown an undisputed world champion as 16 elite teams battle in Paris for their share of a $525,000 prize pool, 1,000 Club Championship points for the champions, and the biggest title in women's Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.
The premier championship in women's mobile esports reaches a new level in 2026. Developer MOONTON Games has officially rebranded the tournament from the MLBB Women's Invitational to the MLBB Women's International, elevating the competition into the official World Championship for the women's competitive scene.
Taking place in Paris from July 14-18, 16 elite teams from around the world will compete for the first official MLBB Women's International world title, 1,000 Club Championship points for the champions, and a share of the expanded $525,000 prize pool.
Sixteen of the world's top teams earned their places through regional qualifiers, setting the stage for a stacked field in Paris. Familiar contenders, including Falcons Vega and Natus Vincere, return to challenge for the title alongside rising stars from every major MLBB region.
The tournament opens with a double-elimination Group Stage before moving into a single-elimination Knockout Stage, where every match is win-or-go-home and one mistake can end a team's campaign.
Reigning champions Team Vitality arrive in Paris with the roster that dominated the MLBB Women's Invitational in 2025. Leading the charge once again are sisters Michelle "Chell" Siswanto and Cindy "Cinny" Siswanto, whose partnership has helped establish Team Vitality as the team to beat in women's MLBB.
Their title run last year was nothing short of dominant. Team Vitality stormed through the tournament without dropping a single game, capping off a flawless campaign with a 4-0 sweep of Gaimin Gladiators in the Grand Final. Now, with 15 challengers standing between them and another championship, the question is whether anyone can end Team Vitality's reign.
Despite entering as heavy favorites, Team Vitality will also carry the weight of home expectations. Competing in front of a French crowd, the defending champions have more than just another trophy at stake.
Victory would also have major implications for the organization's Esports World Cup Club Championship campaign. Clubs must win at least one tournament to be eligible for the overall Club Championship title, making the MLBB Women's International a crucial opportunity for Team Vitality to keep its championship hopes alive.
