The second week of Esports World Cup 2025 ended with legendary finals in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Dota 2, League of Legends, and Free Fire. As the third week begins, here’s a look at the Club Championship leaderboard.
Of these updated rankings, Team Vitality leads the Club Championship after winning the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Women’s Invitational. The French organization is competing in 11 tournaments across EWC 25, giving them a strong chance to retain their lead. Gen.G Esports holds second place following their victory in League of Legends at EWC 25.
Title holders from the previous week remain on the leaderboard but could drop as the competition heats up.

Team Vitality showcased high-level performances across multiple games during Week 2, including Free Fire at EWC and MWI at EWC 25. A first-place finish in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, along with 500 points from a third-place finish in Free Fire, places them at the top of the Club Championship leaderboard heading into Week 3. The French organization is your Club of the Week.
Player of the Week Award
Magomed "Collapse" Khalilov played 13 different heroes during Team Spirit's championship run in Dota 2 at EWC 25, losing only one match. The Russian powerhouse’s performance at the 2025 Esports World Cup further solidifies his status as one of the best Dota 2 players of all time. Collapse is your Player of the Week.

Team Vitality made history by sweeping the largest Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Women’s Invitational to date without dropping a single match. They defeated Natus Vincere, who had acquired the full Omega Empress roster – the previous year’s champions.
This victory served as satisfying revenge and earned the Indonesian squad $150,000. The synergy between sisters Michelle “Chell” Siswanto and Cindy “Cinny” Siswanto stood out throughout the tournament, with Cinny dominating team fights to earn Sony MVP honors.

Team Spirit crushed the competition on their way to the top. After battling Gaimin Gladiators and PVISION, Team Spirit earned a clean 3-0 sweep over Team Falcons in the grand finals, securing a whopping $1,000,000 prize.
Despite Team Falcons’ early-game strategies – like Stanislav “Malr1ne” Potorak’s Primal Beast clearing waves in two lanes – Team Spirit maintained better map control. Illya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk’s Medusa and Denis “Larl” Sigitov’s Storm Spirit were unstoppable in the second game, and that momentum carried Team Spirit to a 3-0 victory. Magomed “Collapse” Khalilov also earned Sony MVP honors for his consistent impact throughout the tournament.

Gen.G claimed yet another major title after that further proved why they’re the team to beat this year. Less than a month after winning MSI 2025, Gen.G players extended their win streak and became $600,000 richer.
Although pushed to match point multiple times, Gen.G’s discipline shone through. Jeong “Chovy” Ji-hoon, Kim “Canyon” Geon-bu, and Kim “Kiin” Gi-in rebuilt the team with Park “Ruler” Jae-hyuk and breakout support player Joo “Duro” Min-kyu to etch Gen.G into history as one of only two League of Legends at EWC title holders. Thanks to his dominant performance throughout the event, Kiin also earned Sony MVP honors and took home $10,000.

EVOS Divine won Free Fire at EWC 25, bringing the trophy home to Indonesia. The team was consistent throughout the tournament and outplayed defending champions Team Falcons. While several contenders looked capable of winning it all, EVOS Divine’s long journey of rebuilding, assembling a strong roster, and staying sharp under the Champion Rush format paid off in the end.
Even when denied match wins, EVOS Divine remained consistent and secured the points needed to close out the grand finals. Rasyah "Rasyah" Rasyid earned the Sony MVP award for dishing out damage even under major pressure.
With hundreds of matches set to take place over the next few days, new legends will rise as champions are crowned and rivals are toppled. Watch the Esports World Cup 2025 live or check out the ticket options to watch in-person this week!
